One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Project Coordinator will support electric distribution operations in the region.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1–3 years of related experience in coordination, dispatching, project support, or utility/construction environments.

• Provide coordination support to senior coordinators.
• Manage customer communications and respond to inquiries.
• Perform system updates and maintain accurate project records.
• Make scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Ensure construction work packets and locate tickets are prepared and complete.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
  
  

• 1–3 years of related experience in coordination, dispatching, project support, or utility/construction environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling or project coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP or other scheduling/work management systems (preferred).
