Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Material Coordinator for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Material Coordinator will develop and manage project schedules for capital projects across energy generation facilities (gas, coal, wind, solar, hydro).

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–3 years of scheduling experience.

• Coordinate contractor activities, labor schedules, and material deliveries.
• Create Gantt charts and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and operations teams.
• Potential involvement in creating scheduling standards and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–3 years of scheduling experience.
• Construction management or project management background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (required); experience with Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Knowledge of Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Experience with overhauls, SAP familiarity, cost analysis and scheduling integration, and developing scheduling standards or playbooks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with financial integration and SAP work order scheduling is a plus.
