One Tech Engineering is searching for a Material Coordinator for a position located near Hastings, Minnesota. The Material Coordinator will support material strategy planning by pulling data, running reports, analyzing information, and supporting shelf-life discussions.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a few years of relevant professional experience working with databases and strong computer skills, including Microsoft platforms and SAP.

• Pull, compile, and analyze data to support material planning and inventory management.
• Run reports and maintain accurate records within Microsoft platforms and SAP.
• Prepare and host meetings to review data and reporting findings.
• Coordinate with material warehouse personnel, maintenance teams, and site leadership.
• Support shelf-life discussions and related material strategy initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of data and insights to internal stakeholders.

• A few years of relevant professional experience working with databases and strong computer skills, including Microsoft platforms and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to host and facilitate meetings.
• Experience in supply chain or inventory management is a plus.
