Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will support major capital projects, with a focus on quality assurance for large-scale construction and renewable energy initiatives.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in project management or quality assurance.

• Manage quality assurance for projects exceeding $100M.
• Provide direction and assistance to project leads in developing QA/QC project plans.
• Coordinate work activities of QA/QC inspection personnel with the project lead
• Conduct vendor surveillance and shop audits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across renewables and power plant projects.

• 10+ years of experience in project management or quality assurance.
• Experience with renewables and large capital projects.
• Experience with Combustion Turbine project quality oversight.
• Familiarity with industrial construction and vendor oversight.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a non-authoritative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
