Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Shipping Clerk for a first shift position located in Madison, Wisconsin. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for packing products for shipping, loading/unloading trucks, and operating forklift and pallet moving equipment.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have previous experience in shipping, receiving, and driving a forklift.

• Packing products for shipping.
• Loading/unloading trucks.
• Operating forklift and pallet-moving equipment.
• Verifying incoming material against the bill of lading.
• Creating shipping paperwork.
• Coordinating shipping arrangements with customers.
• Moving materials to appropriate locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of shipping experience.
• Experience driving forklift, preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic.

Physical Demands

• Able to stand for 8 hours in a day.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodations repetitively with a 70-lb. maximum.
