Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for an E&C Engineer for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The E&C Engineer will provide civil engineering support for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery installations.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have3–5 years of experience working with DOT, government agencies, or civil contractors.

• Support the planning, design, and construction phases of projects, ensuring alignment with engineering and construction standards.
• Review and evaluate engineering deliverables and construction documentation.
• Address and resolve RFIs and construction-related issues in collaboration with project teams.
• Assist the management team with contract negotiations and issue resolution.
• Work closely with project engineers, senior engineers, project managers, and construction managers to ensure successful project execution.

• 3–5 years of experience working with DOT, government agencies, or civil contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution is strongly preferred.
• EIT certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and have excellent attention to detail, especially in reviewing submittals and documentation.
• Familiarity with Google Earth or similar geospatial tools is preferred.
• Experience with grading, drainage, and renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or battery) is a plus.
