Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in either Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will manage and administer regulatory filings and related infrastructure plans from initiation through completion.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5+ years of project/program management experience, with 4-5 years of regulatory filings experience.

• Facilitate governance meetings, track deliverables, and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Gather and incorporate monthly changes from stakeholders to ensure filings are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate across finance, engineering, regulatory, and project management teams to align deliverables.
• Support regulatory testimony development and writing.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of from multiple departments involved in regulatory filings.

• 5–10 years of program or project management experience.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of regulatory filings experience.
• Prior experience in regulatory or utility industries strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and other project/program management software.
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory filings and testimony writing.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with project controls or estimating software is beneficial.
• PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
