Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Marketing Analyst for a position located in either Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Marketing Analyst will manage reporting requests using Salesforce CRM and other tools by handling intake forms, gathering data, and collaborating with the business and teammates to fulfill these requests.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with a strong aptitude for reporting, data visualization.

• Utilizes analytic techniques to support marketing, measurement, and reporting efforts.
• Evaluates existing and potential products/service markets.
• Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
• Develops and maintains complex financial modeling tools and programs.
• Assesses the performance of new and existing marketing programs.
• Responsible for developing tests and testing parameters.
• Evaluates methodologies, makes recommendations; designs, develops, and implements new processes.
• Develops and maintains reports detailing influence of marketing activities on various operating groups.
• Responsible for visualizing data for senior leadership and making edits based on feedback.

• 2-6 years of experience with a strong aptitude for reporting, data visualization.
• A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• Must have a customer service mindset and be highly collaborative, effectively working with various teams and stakeholders.
• Must possess technical aptitude with a strong background in analytics, ensuring accurate data handling and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts/graphs, and formatting.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Previous Salesforce/dashboard creation experience is nice to have.
• SQL knowledge is a nice to have.
