One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in either Denver, Colorado, or St. Paul, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will support the management of the solar connection process, specifically the interconnection applications queues.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical or project management roles.

• Process and manage applications throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and manage consultants to ensure timely project progression
• Handle administrative tasks including tracking and managing consultant invoices
• Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders such as the Project Management team, DER (Distributed Energy Resources) Management, and DER Engineering
•  Manage and report on KPIs related to lean process improvements and project efficiency
• Coordinate and track customer communications through the Salesforce portal
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers and developers, with support from the engineering team
• Generate daily reports on application status and project metrics
• Prioritize tasks based on KPIs and operational goals
• Support and escalate technical customer questions as needed
• Oversee and coordinate the contract signing process with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in regular meetings to review application progress and project updates
• Track follow-up actions from stakeholders and ensure timely completion
• Support overall application flow and consultant alignment.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a technical or project management role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in utility or renewable energy sector.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrable experience.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
