Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Denver, Colorado; Minneapolis, Minnesota; or Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Project Coordinator will be supporting the interconnection community solar garden program.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Manage subscriber requirements by working directly with solar developers on tasks such as subscriber bill credits, reporting, and allocation.
• Provide support to developers via email and phone, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while handling operational processes.
• Assist program managers in delivering a positive customer experience and smooth program operations, focusing on customer and trade relations, process improvements, data management, marketing activities, and collaboration with teams.
• Handle operational duties including managing the program inbox, responding to inquiries, and participating in biweekly calls as needed.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of existing reports.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with the team and program manager.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• A background or degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or Environmental Studies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the energy, utility, or environmental sectors is preferred.
