Job Description
One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Denver, Colorado; Minneapolis, Minnesota; or Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Project Coordinator will be supporting the interconnection community solar garden program.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities: - Manage subscriber requirements by working directly with solar developers on tasks such as subscriber bill credits, reporting, and allocation.
- Provide support to developers via email and phone, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while handling operational processes.
- Assist program managers in delivering a positive customer experience and smooth program operations, focusing on customer and trade relations, process improvements, data management, marketing activities, and collaboration with teams.
- Handle operational duties including managing the program inbox, responding to inquiries, and participating in biweekly calls as needed.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of existing reports.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the team and program manager.
Requirements of the Project Coordinator:- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- A background or degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or Environmental Studies is strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in the energy, utility, or environmental sectors is preferred.
