Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for an Engineer for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Engineer will be supporting natural gas, distribution, and infrastructure renewal projects.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field, and previous AutoCAD experience.

• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage miscellaneous administrative paperwork, including project packages and procedural documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for project management teams and third-party mechanical contractors, addressing questions and concerns related to engineering tasks and project execution.
• Understands and applies standard engineering principles.
• Creates simulations and prototypes to evaluate preliminary designs and test how a machine, structure, or system operates.
• Designs and tests components and integrates components to produce the final product.
• Monitors the quality of products and controls the efficiency of processes.
• Evaluates a design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety. Investigates root causes of failures to maintain quality and recommends improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
• Previous experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience in fluid systems, manufacturing processes, or welding is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
