Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Mechanical Engineer for a position located in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The Mechanical Engineer will support both new and existing product design and development with engineering expertise.

The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and related work experience.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Supports both new and existing product design and development with engineering expertise
• Works on designs to improve components and products
• Develop concepts for new products that achieve the desired quality at the most favorable cost
• Provides technical support to sales and manufacturing
• Plans, designs, and develops the more routine products or components
• Participates in planning and in the preparation of specifications
• Defines and oversees tests
• Prepares layouts, drawings, and specifications

Requirements of the Mechanical Engineer:

• Four year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or other related Technical Degree, with related work experience preferred
• 1-10 years of varied experience in engineering
• Must have proficient computer skills and strong analytical skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
