Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Henderson, Colorado. The Program Manager will be overseeing multiple projects to ensure that the quality program has applicable documentation in place.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC and safety, with an industrial, commercial, and oil & gas background.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Lead to review and validate project quality plans.
  • Review and complete documentation for each project.
  • Ensure each project has a Project Management Plan, and review the section related to quality oversight.
  • Sign off and approve project quality plans.
  • Manage nonconformance reporting for issues such as vendor material specifications, timeline deviations, or damages.
  • Verify that vendor-provided reports are correctly filled out.
  • Conduct and provide root cause analysis for nonconformance issues.
  • Conduct field reviews with Project Managers and Project Leads to assess project documentation and compliance.
  • Assist Project Managers and Leads in setting up quality requirements for vendor deliverables.
  • Perform audits and handle associated paperwork to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure committed test plans are being followed and that all supporting documentation is submitted.
  • Collaborate with vendors, site teams, and project teams to ensure quality specifications are being met and maintained.
Requirements of the Program Manager:
  • 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC and safety, with an industrial, commercial, and oil & gas background.
  • Strong understanding of how a comprehensive quality program functions.
  • Must have a safety-driven mindset and a solid grasp of safety protocols and practices.
  • Background/knowledge with ISO 9001 and API etc.
  • Previous experience in the utility sector is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations is highly beneficial.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software is preferred.
