Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Designer will work closely with team members and designers to help build packets, track payments, and manage service installations.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS.

• Creates, updates and revises sketches, working documents and contract documents using Geospatial (mapping) software, Adobe Acrobat or manual means to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in customer packet creation which will be subject to billing, schedules, and assist with formal design department issues.
• Prepares 2D and 3D models.
• Prepares documentation to support design drawings.
• Perform extensive data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

• Background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS is preferred.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Knowledge of systems like Small world for mapping and design systems is a nice to have.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
