Job Description

One Tech Engineering is looking for an ERP Analyst for a position located in Wausau, Wisconsin. The ERP Analyst will maintain and update the configuration of Acumatica to align with business requirements.
 
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong focus on Acumatica.
 
Local candidates preferred. This is not a remote position.
 
ERP Analyst Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update configuration of Acumatica to align with business requirements.
• Customize modules and workflows to improve operational efficiency while ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in Acumatica.
• Create and update associated training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Acumatica.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Oversee data integration and maintenance within Acumatica.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements for the ERP Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong focus on Acumatica.
• Proficient in Acumatica modules such as Financials, Distribution, and Project Accounting.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
