Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Summary: We’re seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join a healthcare team at a federal facility near Leominster, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and other activities of daily living
• Support safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs and routine patient observations
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff
• Assist nurses and healthcare providers with routine patient care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and facility protocols while promoting patient comfort, dignity, and independence

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts CNA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA or related healthcare experience
• Current BLS certification preferred
