Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Summary: Care for the men and women who served our country as a Certified Nursing Assistant on a dedicated Veterans’ healthcare team in Memphis, Tennessee. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily living needs, monitor patient safety and comfort, and work alongside nurses and providers in a dynamic clinical setting. This full-time role offers 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Position Offers:

• Competitive pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour
• 12-hour shifts with flexible day or overnight scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Help patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
• Promote patient safety through regular monitoring and proper transfer techniques
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborate closely with nurses, providers, and the wider care team
• Adapt to different units and changing patient needs

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted CNA certification
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
