Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Keene, NH
Schedule: Flexible weekday hours
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase)
Pay: $45–60 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Keene is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver manual therapy with a focus on myofascial release, with the autonomy to shape each patient’s care. New grads and experienced Physical Therapists alike are welcome to apply, especially those eager to build their skills in this specialty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, and functional testing
• Deliver manual therapy, with a focus on myofascial release, to address musculoskeletal dysfunction and improve mobility
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs based on patient goals
• Apply evidence-based pain management strategies within scope of practice
• Provide functional mobility and gait training, including assistive device recommendations
• Adjust rehabilitation programs based on patient progress and clinical findings
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in New Hampshire
• Strong interest in manual therapy, especially myofascial release
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s in Physical Therapy considered with relevant experience
• Clinical experience (orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, geriatric, or neurology) preferred
• Manual therapy or myofascial release training preferred
