Healthcare Liaison
Oak Park, MI

Overview:
Our medical practice in Oak Park is seeking a Healthcare Liaison to grow referral volume and strengthen our presence across Oak Park and surrounding areas, serving as the primary liaison between the practice and referring providers. This hybrid role is primarily field-based, with half-day Fridays and mileage reimbursement.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Hybrid field and office role with half-day Fridays
• Competitive pay: Starting at $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, attorneys, practice managers, and healthcare providers to increase referral volume
• Execute territory plans, including in-person visits, outreach calls, scheduled field appointments, and flyer distribution
• Educate referral sources on the practice’s services and clinical capabilities, and coordinate outreach events, educational sessions, and presentations
• Implement marketing strategies tailored to specialties, provider segments, and local market dynamics, and identify new referral opportunities
• Track referral trends and outreach activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, producing regular performance reports
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with service offerings, patient experience, and capacity
• Monitor competitive activity and market developments, providing recommendations to leadership
• Provide front desk reception and other office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of marketing or liaison experience, preferably in the medical field
• Experience building healthcare referral networks, with CRM and event planning (e.g., lunch-and-learns) experience, preferred
• Familiarity with the Oak Park, MI healthcare market preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
