Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Private Duty
Las Vegas, NV

Overview:
Our private duty care team in Las Vegas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care that keeps patients comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity. This role offers a consistent weekend schedule on a 3-day work week.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
• Competitive pay: $20–25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide medication support as applicable
• Assist with safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report abnormalities promptly
• Observe and document changes in patient condition, behavior, or status, communicating concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Follow infection control practices, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, and standard precautions
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to support coordinated, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• Manage time efficiently during overnight shifts to prioritize tasks, respond to patient needs, and ensure a safe, orderly environment

Qualifications:

• Active, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in Nevada
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience
• Ability to pass a background and credit check
• Private duty or overnight care experience preferred
• Comfort with electronic documentation tools and a calm, reassuring bedside manner preferred
