Physical Therapist (PT)
Los Altos, CA

Overview:
Our outpatient clinic in Los Altos is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to take the lead as our clinic’s dedicated provider, delivering specialized pelvic floor and orthopedic care to a community that values this expertise. This full-time role offers a Wednesday–Saturday schedule, the autonomy of being the clinic’s sole provider, and the full support of a dedicated aide.

Position Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional status and treatment needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Provide hands-on manual therapy to address musculoskeletal dysfunction, pain, and mobility limitations
• Prescribe and progress exercise programs based on each patient’s goals and response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR, maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in California
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a combination of pelvic floor physical therapy and orthopedics
• Women’s health experience strongly preferred
• Manual therapy, orthopedic, or pelvic health certifications preferred
