Home Health Aide (HHA)

Overview:
Our supportive home care team near Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide person-centered care to a homebound client in Liberty Township. New graduates and experienced caregivers are welcome to apply for this full-time or part-time role with flexible days.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Flexible days, 10:30 AM–10:30 PM
• Competitive pay: $18–20 per hour (DOE)
• RN support available to assist with transfers and showers
• HIPAA-compliant work phone provided
• Opportunity to build a meaningful, one-on-one relationship with your client

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs), including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and laundry
• Provide transfer assistance in coordination with the RN
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by Ohio state law
• Maintain a safe, clean, and allergen-free home environment
• Promptly report any changes in the client’s condition to the nurse or case manager

Qualifications:

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA certification in Ohio
• Experience with homebound clients or chronic illness care preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependability, including availability for assigned shifts and a weekend rotation
