Medical Receptionist 
Beverly Hills, CA

Overview:
Our established plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. You’ll provide exceptional service and keep our front office running smoothly.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $19–23 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out with accuracy and courtesy
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing clear information and exceptional customer service
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments efficiently to keep patient flow organized
• Register new patients and verify and update demographic and insurance information in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collect consultation fees, copays, and other payments, issuing receipts and balancing daily transactions
• Prepare patient charts and ensure required documentation is complete before appointments
• Collaborate with providers and staff to support front office operations and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, organized, professional reception area

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented team player, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
• 1 year of medical reception or healthcare experience preferred
• Specialty practice experience and familiarity with prior authorizations, referrals, and medical terminology preferred
• Bilingual a plus
