Medical Assistant (MA)

Location: Coatesville, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: $20–23 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Coatesville is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to support our providers and patients. New grads and experienced MAs alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and record vital signs before provider evaluation
• Perform and document electrocardiograms (EKGs) per clinic protocols and provider orders
• Administer injections and immunizations as ordered, following safety and infection control procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and patients for visits, including obtaining medical histories and updating clinical information
• Document encounters, procedures, and clinical data accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support providers during exams and minor procedures by setting up equipment and supplies
• Provide clear patient instructions, answer routine questions, and help coordinate follow-up appointments or tests

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Experience in an outpatient clinic, primary care, or specialty practice preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling, patient registration, or front-desk workflows preferred
