Medical Assistant (MA)

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19–22 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Las Vegas is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to support multiple providers. You will assist with both patient care and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vitals, medication history, and intake information
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Handle front desk tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient check-in and check-out
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR), including entering patient messages
• Prepare charts and ensure documents and test results are ready for provider review
• Coordinate referrals, lab work, and follow-up appointments with providers
• Stock rooms, maintain supplies, and keep clinical areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Front desk and scheduling experience preferred
• Microsoft Outlook and electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
