Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-focused healthcare team in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality-of-care standards
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent clinical nursing experience
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
