Job Description

Seeking Remote CDI Leader to oversee a multi-hospital health system’s Vizient and hospital relationships and efforts.

Main responsibilities are:

• Overseeing regular communications and meetings regarding CDI and Vizient metrics, accomplishments/successes, and opportunities
• Developing and owning the plans related to our Vizient and other CDI documentation opportunities
• Serving as the CDI representative for hospital-based account and scenario questions, presentations, requests for data or information, and guidance
• Support and drive our efforts related to technologies, education and trending/reporting to improvement

Seeking candidates with:

• A proven track record in Vizient and CDI scorecard improvements within the CDI scope
• Has overseen and maintained productive relationships with clinical, financial and quality leaders at a health system level
• Has experience diving into data and audit information to synthesize the objectives, story behind the data and translate it to education, communication, and mitigation steps and gain traction
