Our client is a leading manufacturer and aftermarket support provider serving oil and gas operators across the U.S. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard and Warehouse Associate in Midland, TX to manage the efficient flow of parts and supplies within the warehouse and yard. This role involves receiving materials, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and maintaining the overall organization and safety of the yard.

Yard and Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse, including fences and open areas free of weeds, trash, and obstacles
- Manage accurate inventory of parts and supplies, including regular cycle counts
- Receive, classify, and stock incoming goods; verify against receiving paperwork and store in proper bin locations
- Pull and prepare merchandise per loading tickets, staging packages for delivery or pickup
- Pick materials, components, and end products, and deliver them to production or shipping
- Create deliveries and shipments for outgoing parts
- Operate a forklift to assist with warehouse and yard tasks
- Safely load and unload materials, operate equipment, and perform daily inspections
- Complete data entry and related paperwork accurately and on time
- Pressure wash yard equipment as needed
- Provide professional customer service at all times
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, and maintain required safety training
Yard and Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track inventory and maintain a clean work area
- Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work all shifts and arrive on time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, kneel, stoop, and reach, with occasional climbing or balancing
- Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred, with flexibility to learn new systems
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
