With decades of experience, they are recognized for delivering reliable products, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service across energy, utilities, and infrastructure markets. They're seeking a Mechanic to add to their team in the Odessa area!

Established piping solutions company looking for an experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair fusion equipment. This role focuses on keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready for customer use.

Pay & Benefits

• $30-$32/hr depending on experience
• Direct hire, full-time
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain fusion equipment (McElroy experience preferred)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Service and prepare rental equipment
• Perform equipment inspections, testing, and calibrations
• Maintain repair records and parts inventory
• Assist with shop repairs and field service when needed
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment or fusion equipment
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and parts diagrams
• Comfortable using hand/shop tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred: McElroy equipment experience, fusion equipment certification, calibration experience, or field service background.
