  • Execute project financials including milestone invoicing, revenue recognition (Percent of Completion, Unit, etc.), and credit/debit memos.
  • Set up and maintain Project Orders in SAP and develop Excel-based reports and dashboards for special project analysis.
  • Coordinate domestic and international parts shipments, working with warehousing, exporters, and vendors to ensure on-time, compliant delivery to customers worldwide.
  • Manage import/export documentation, Certificates of Origin, and country-specific paperwork requirements for international shipments.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers, handling inquiries on shipments, documents, and order status.
  • Support Project Managers in warranty issues, change orders, and sales tracking by quarter.
  • Work with Sourcing to expedite and resolve parts shortages and collaborate with vendors and translation services as needed for global project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Service or Operations Support.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated ability to manage project financials, track costs, and support billing and invoicing cycles.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP principles, particularly as they apply to revenue recognition, purchase order tracking, and project-based cost accounting
  • SAP experience required; proficient in setting up and maintaining project orders in an ERP/MRP environment.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Communicates effectively across all levels, from vendor freight inquiries to executive project updates.
  • Manages multiple competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and collaborative.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and work issues through to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international trade documentation and export compliance.
  • Background in the oil & gas, compression, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Familiarity with change order management and contract compliance in a project-based environment.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
