Project Coordinator – Natural Gas Compression

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support on-site project execution for natural gas compression projects. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and contract compliance
• Serve as a customer point of contact for project updates, execution plans, and scope changes
• Support development and execution of Project Execution Plans
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, sourcing, operations, and project management
• Coordinate labor planning and monitor subcontractor performance
• Track equipment and material deliveries to support construction schedules
• Review and manage scope changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Prepare customer reports and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of Project Coordinator or related project experience
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings
• Experience with pipeline compressors and engines preferred
• Customer-facing project coordination or project management experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software; Microsoft Project and SAP experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
• Ability to work in field/construction environments, including exposure to natural gas-related odors and fumes
• Comfortable walking uneven terrain, working near heavy equipment, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs, and standing for extended periods
