About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow their aftermarket business across parts, service, and rebuild activity.

This role is responsible for managing inbound customer demand, generating accurate and timely quotes, and ensuring every opportunity is followed through to completion. You will play a critical role in capturing revenue, improving response times, and creating visibility into customer needs and market opportunities.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Opportunity & Quote Management:

  • Own all inbound requests (RFQs, customer inquiries, internal handoffs)
  • Build accurate, detailed quotes for parts, service, and rebuild-related items
  • Ensure fast turnaround on all customer requests

Follow-Up & Conversion:

  • Proactively follow up on all open quotes
  • Drive quote-to-order conversion through consistent communication
  • Ensure no opportunity is left unresolved

Data & System Ownership:

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP (NetSuite)
  • Track all opportunities from quote to close
  • Document lost opportunities with clear reasons

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with warehouse, field service, and supply chain
  • Ensure smooth handoff from quote to order execution

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify trends in customer demand
  • Highlight gaps in product offerings or stocking strategies
  • Improve quoting processes and response times

What Success Looks Like

  • 100% of inbound opportunities captured and tracked
  • Quote turnaround within 24 hours
  • High quote-to-order conversion rate
  • Accurate and error-free quotes
  • Complete documentation of lost opportunities
  • Strong internal coordination

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3–5 years inside sales or similar experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage high volume
  • Strong communication and follow-up
  • ERP/CRM experience (NetSuite preferred)

Preferred:

  • Oil & gas or industrial background
  • Experience with parts/service quoting
