The Product Execution team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative business analyst to support our team’s execution priorities & backlog. This entry-level role is ideal for a go-getter who is eager to build a career with a Fortune 200 company and grow into a high-impact contributor over time.

This position will primarily support the execution side of our product development process by assisting with administrative and governance activities, such as maintaining the priority list and backlog, and helping ensure product requests move efficiently from approval through execution. In addition, this role will lead small-to-medium sized cross-functional execution efforts and provide hands-on support to senior members of the Product Execution team on higher-complexity efforts as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in governing the execution phases of the product development process, with a primary focus on administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain and update execution priority lists, backlogs, trackers, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Track products and services progressing through execution stages to ensure required inputs, approvals, and milestones are completed.
  • Support cross-functional execution efforts by coordinating with shared resources including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, Analytics, Customer Experience, and other partner teams.
  • Lead small-to-medium cross-functional execution initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist senior execution leads, including but not limited to:
    • Tracking down information related to open questions, risks, or action items
    • Supporting the creation of Energy Fact Label samples for new commodity plans
    • Submitting and coordinating requests with the Spanish translation team
    • Redlining legal documents when changes impact contractual or regulatory language
  • Help prepare status updates, trackers, and materials for meetings, leadership readouts, and execution reviews.
  • Support post-launch validation activities to confirm products and services are configured and enabled as intended.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining positive, professional working relationships with shared execution partners.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid, in office 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday).
  • Open office environment.
  • Less than 10% travel required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • 0-2 years of demonstrable experience in business analysis, business operations, project management, or product implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with, and demonstrated understanding of the energy/electricity industry
  • Experience communicating with technical analysts and developers
  • Understanding of business process mapping techniques

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio).

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting as appropriate to perform job duties (i.e., carrying a laptop or materials to meetings).
