Job Description

Our client seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations. This role will be instrumental in executing key HR and recruitment tasks, maintaining data integrity, and supporting employee-facing programs. What You’ll Do:

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and orientation schedules.

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment, training coordination, and HR communications.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support.

Compliance & Data Management

  • Ensure HR and recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Support internal compliance initiatives and assist with audits.
  • Track HR metrics related to recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Internal Events & Communications

  • Help coordinate internal events, training sessions, and job fairs.
  • Assist with company-wide HR communications and engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ year of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting recruitment or onboarding in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Working knowledge of employment compliance practices and basic HR regulations.
