They're looking to add a local Route Service Representative to join their team in Canonsburg, PA.Successful candidates must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for this position.

Position Summary
The Route Service Representative is responsible for managing consigned screen inventory at assigned drilling rig locations within a designated route. This field-based role focuses on regular site visits, inventory management, customer coordination, and on-call service support to ensure each rig has the appropriate screens on hand to meet operational needs. The position requires extensive travel by company pickup truck and long workdays in an active oilfield environment.
Route Service Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned drilling rigs on a weekly basis according to an established route
- Inventory consigned screen products at each site and reconcile counts with company records
- Invoice screens used on wells, get approved copies from site rep and complete paperwork
- Replenish consignment boxes to maintain appropriate on-hand inventory levels
- Coordinate with on-site representatives to ensure inventory aligns with current and anticipated operational needs
- Respond to after-hours service calls and phone inquiries from site representatives as required
- Assist with field service activities during on-call rotations and during regular business hours when workflow demands
- Maintain accurate inventory and service documentation
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Operate a company pickup truck for extended periods (typically 8–12 hours per day)
Route Service Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with common business software, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Ability to use mobile devices and tablets
- Comfortable communicating via email, phone, and electronic documentation tools
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and on-call periods
- Ability to lift, handle, and transport oilfield equipment and materials
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment repairs using hand tools
- Comfort working with tools to assist in routine service and maintenance activities
Route Service Preferred (if applicable):
- Experience in oilfield operations, solids control, or drilling support services
- Prior field sales, route service, or inventory management experience
- Familiarity with rig environments and safety requirements
Route Service Work Environment/Physical Requirements
- Primarily field-based with daily travel to active drilling sites
- Long hours spent driving and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to typical oilfield hazards; adherence to safety protocols is mandatory
