  • Partner with HR to onboard new employees, set up payroll accounts, and explain pay and benefit deductions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Assist in developing and updating payroll policies and procedures in response to company growth or regulatory change.

Employee Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll inquiries, ensuring positive communication and issue resolution.
  • Educate managers and employees on payroll timelines, policies, and shift differential procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless communication on pay adjustments, promotions, and terminations.

What You Bring:

  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes, payroll accruals, and state sales tax compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll tax laws, FLSA, and accounting principles (G.A.A.P.).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential employee data.
  • Collaborative and customer-service-oriented mindset.
