Our client is launching a cross-functional, enterprise-level initiative to define and implement a consistent, scalable career pathing and competency framework across the Technology team. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end project plan across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Coordinate with OD, TBP, Tech leaders and other teams as needed to maintain project momentum
Manage SME committee scheduling, deliverable tracking, and documentation
Develop and maintain a dynamic project tracker, risk register, and action log
Support leader communications, meeting facilitation, and synthesis of decisions
Track and report monthly progress against defined milestones and metrics
Ensure timely reviews, approvals, and escalation of roadblocks
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project/program management experience
Proven success managing enterprise-wide projects with multiple stakeholder groups
Strong communication and documentation skills (must draft executive updates, plans, and trackers)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience coordinating working sessions, facilitating input synthesis, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization with evolving priorities
