They're seeking a Poly Fusion Trainer to add their team in the San Antonio, TX area!
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.
Summary: The Poly Fusion Trainer is responsible for teaching Operator Qualifications (OQ) and Poly Fusion Training courses to customers, utilizing existing training materials, standard training methods, and knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

Responsibilities:
Training
Coordinate training activities and programs to ensure all participants complete OQ training within prescribed requirements established by program guidelines.
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques including computer-based training, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Facilitates traditional classroom safety training. Evaluates participants knowledge using written or tablet-based examinations. Performs all duties and responsibilities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Coordination
Communicates with the OQ & Training Admin to schedule training sessions.
Maintains accurate records of completed training and attendance.
Price and schedule individual travel arrangements for training assignments, including transportation and lodging.
Non-Training Time
Maintains training equipment and inventory for machines and materials utilized in training courses.
Ensures standard training forms for courses are updated and accurate.
Contacts customers to gather feedback from services to determine future training needs.
Provides internal training to Company employees as needed.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable with about 50% travel.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
OSHA certification preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience and/or training in construction, pipeline, or oil and gas industries required.
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills required.
