We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join the team in the Houston area.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, employment verification, and education verification.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
This sales representative will be focused on real estate agents and their clients. They will be responsible for driving referral-based sales by building and maintaining relationships with realtors within their assigned territory.
- Represent the brand at designated retail partner locations to drive customer enrollments
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed daily and monthly goals
- Travel within the assigned market to identify and activate new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and match energy plans to customer needs
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of hands-on, face-to-face sales experience; B2B or account management a plus
- Career ambition in sales leadership or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and employment/education verification
