Drive Daily Operational Performance: Lead and support daily operations to ensure all equipment performs to design specifications. Monitor system performance closely, identify deviations, and act swiftly to resolve issues.
Hands-On Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues on natural gas processing equipment—including pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and mechanical refrigeration units. Provide remote and on-site, hands-on troubleshooting support and guide operations teams through repair, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Reporting & Data Utilization: Monitor and analyze data collected from operational equipment. Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports to customers and summaries to management. Maintain detailed performance logs and leverage operational data to generate run-time reports and identify process optimization opportunities.
Installation, Commissioning & Start-Up: Lead Team’s involvement in supporting installation, commissioning and start-up activities for all product deployments. Schedule Operations team members to ensure appropriate coverage of personnel and skillsets necessary to efficiently commission new equipment and train customer Operations personnel.
Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS): Lead and maintain company EHS program including procedures, training, and training records. Ensure all operational procedures comply with regulatory and job site requirements. Maintain the company’s compliance programs, including ISN and Veriforce accounts.
Project Management & Cost Control: Lead installation planning and startup efforts for new equipment. Develop cost estimates, track project budgets, and ensure projects are completed within 10% of target costs. Maintain full accountability for project execution.
Vendor Coordination & Upgrades: Work directly with vendors to troubleshoot component issues, coordinate part orders, and recommend system upgrades. Prepare business cases and value propositions for improvement initiatives.
Standardization & Compliance: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet technical specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Interface: Act as the operations point-of-contact for customers, leading regular meetings and maintaining strong communication on performance and support matters.
Purchasing & Inventory: Manage procurement activities, execute purchase orders, and maintain equipment spare parts philosophy using the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensure maintenance tasks and compliance are tracked and up to date.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain all technical resources—installation guides, job books, spare parts lists, and operation & maintenance procedures.
Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause investigations of equipment failures and safety incidents. Propose and implement corrective actions and performance improvement projects based on findings.
