Our client, a leading atmospheric solutions company specializing in wellhead and VRU compression, is looking to add a Business Development Representative to their team in the Williston City, ND area.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

Job Duties:
Participate with management in evaluating regional sales potential and meeting targeted sales goals
Engage and coordinate with service teams to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction
Communicate with regional account managers to leverage existing relationships in other areas.
Determine individualized sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation or periodical research
Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order for applications engineering to size and recommend specific products properly
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
Monitor production uplift to promote additional sales
Increase business and account base by finding and qualifying new business accounts through timely, fully executed contracts and agreements
Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
Assist clients with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints, etc.)
Visit field locations with customers as needed to verify facility needs and requirements
Prepare and present quotations
Knowledge of compression and pump systems preferred
