Our client is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead a team focused on building and maintaining the company product group. The Digital Product Owner will successfully work to develop legally sound and mobile forward acquisition and retention experiences. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the Agile team to ensure measurable improvements and meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce, online account managers and a history of partnering with App teams.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure digital product enhancements and initiatives align with digital, business, technical, and financial objectives.
  • Comfort with Adobe Analytics and history of reporting KPIs and executive-level updates regularly.
  • Leverage data insights, including working with the testing team, to evolve products and digital experiences to align with best practices.
  • Work in an Agile environment and participate in quarterly planning companywide to identify risks, create epic roadmaps and communicate issues across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Partner with Digital Experience, Digital Content, UX, and technical resources to ensure consistent strategy and communicate consistent priorities.
  • Work with pricing and marketing teams to create and communicate strategy related to self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
  • Contribute to strategy for go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales requirements are fully considered.
  • Provide end-to-end documentation of each platform with recommendations for strategic changes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Business Analyst preferred
  • 4+ years of digital experience, with a focus on product management related to website or OAM, e-commerce experience a plus
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • High degree of organization, team development, and personal accountability
  • Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Analytics, and Azure Dev Ops

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a legal-heavy track.
  • Experience working with or building an App Team
  • Energy experience preferred, but not required
