They hold the distinguished position of being the largest 503A compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility in the country serving the functional medicine markets.

This role is an opportunity to build a high-performance demand generation engine, integrating predictive analytics, AI-driven automation, and omnichannel engagement strategies to drive lead quality and accelerate revenue growth.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Develop and execute an AI-powered lead generation strategy that ensures high-value customer acquisition, accelerates revenue growth, and aligns seamlessly with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead and optimize cross-functional demand generation campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, outbound prospecting, content marketing, strategic partnerships, and AI-driven automation to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Harness predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven segmentation to refine lead scoring models, hyper-personalized targeting, and continuous pipeline optimization.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine key performance indicators, predictive analytics models, and real-time reporting systems, ensuring lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment align with revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class lead nurturing programs, integrating automated marketing workflows, behavioral data analysis, and AI-powered sales enablement strategies to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
  • Build and instill a data-driven, test-and-learn culture within the lead generation team, continuously refining audience targeting, campaign messaging, and multi-touch attribution modeling to maximize impact.
  • Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring tailored engagement with high-value prospects and enterprise accounts to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, business intelligence, technology, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment between lead generation strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, positioning the company as the leader in pharmaceutical compounding and healthcare solutions, ensuring brand differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing lead generation team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation in demand generation practices.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading high-performance demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies, with a track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Requires a Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, or a related field, with strong preference for candidates with expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, digital transformation, and predictive analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic execution, and performance optimization skills, with the ability to align demand generation strategies with corporate objectives and revenue goals.
  • Proven expertise in AI-powered lead generation automation, real-time marketing analytics, and predictive audience segmentation, with demonstrated ability to optimize customer acquisition through AI-driven technology.
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms, marketing automation tools, and advanced analytics technologies, ensuring the company’s lead generation strategy remains cutting-edge and future focused.
