Job Description
Our client is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer to their growing team in Midland-Odessa, TX (company will provide relocation if needed)! They specialize in tools, air compressors, and generator products. As a growing, family-owned company with over 30 years of operation in the Permian Basin, this position offers opportunities for growth, training, and development.
Hard Requirements: - 5+ years of management experience in either an industrial manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Plus if experience is in manufacturing compressor skid packages
Benefits:- Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
- Pay: $120K - $140K+ depending on experience

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead safety initiatives to ensure compliance with company and government standards, promoting a safety-centered culture.
- Manage workforce planning, including shift scheduling and monitoring operations for smooth, efficient production.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive improvements to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by analyzing production reports and addressing operational challenges.
- Develop and manage associates through regular one-on-ones, providing guidance and leadership based on organizational needs.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) and collaborate with engineers to assess the impact of new designs on existing manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Lean principles for continuous improvement, with experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, welding, and creating schematics.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, coupled with the ability to analyze workflows, determine equipment capacity, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
