They hold the distinguished position of being the largest 503A compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility in the country serving the functional medicine markets.

The Vice President of Account Management plays a critical role in shaping the company's mission to transform lives through innovative, accessible, and high-quality medications. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this role leads the strategic vision for account management, fostering enduring partnerships, optimizing service delivery, and driving growth across 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities. By championing collaboration, innovation, and client success, this position ensures the company's leadership in redefining pharmaceutical care and creating meaningful value for patients and providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and build lasting, high-value client relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce, advanced data analysis tools, and an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks governing 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management, client relations, or customer success within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other related field required with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing strategic growth and client engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
