Our client is looking for multiple Compression Supervisors to join their growing team! They provide natural gas compression equipment and services to customers globally in the Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, and Marine sectors.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.
Summary:
The Compression Supervisor will provide hands-on technical, and operations support of Reciprocating Compression equipment and supporting utility systems within customer facilities during commissioning, start-up, operations, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, performance testing, and trouble-shooting situations as required.

Responsibilities:
- Leads and serves as the technical expert for an assigned crew
- Serves as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in all technical areas of Field Service customer support; providing technical and mechanical services support to all internal and external customers in settings such as workshops, compressor stations, process plants, etc.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the Company’s products and services
- The thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work
- Must be mechanically hands-on and proficient in performing maintenance on natural gas compressors or engines
- Experience with RECIPROCATING compressors required
- Equipment, such as White Superior, Waukesha, Ajax, Clark, Cooper-Bessemer, Worthington, Gemini, etc. are highly preferred.
