• Prepare and Verify Resources: Prepare resources at the product line location, verify their readiness, and deploy them to the field. This includes securing and positioning resources as needed.
• Perform Service and Capture Data: Execute the service, capture relevant field data, and prepare field deliverables throughout the process.
• Manage Customer Interaction: Obtain customer acceptance of delivery and ensure all service requirements are met to their satisfaction.
• Handle Resource Management: Evaluate and reconcile resources used during the service, including removal of equipment and materials from the site when necessary.
• Finalize Documentation and Billing: Prepare final job deliverables, archive them appropriately, implement any necessary risk responses, and prepare job invoice supporting documentation for billing purpose.

• Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables, execute service delivery responsibly, and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services, and participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers to improve performance through action plans.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards by implementing CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections, while actively participating in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Safety and Health Practices: Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), observe HSE policies, and maintain required safety training to ensure a safe working environment.
• Performance Improvement: Engage in ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, safety measures, and operational efficiency through participation in various initiatives and meetings.
