Job Description
Our client serves as one of the largest tank manufacturers and the sole pole manufacturer in West Texas / Eastern New Mexico. With decades of experience with energy in the Permian Basin and can deliver quality solutions quickly and efficiently! They are looking to add a Lead Inspector to their team in the Midland, TX area.Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

- Monitor, qualify, and train employees on API, ASME, and other applicable standards
- Possess 2 years of experience handling ASTM materials
- Perform visual inspections of incoming materials, components, and products
- Verify documentation and count materials for accuracy
- Identify and communicate non-conformities to relevant departments
- Label and color-code materials for easy identification and use
- Release inspected materials to the warehouse
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adapt to physical requirements, including standing/walking up to 90% of the workday
- Perform occasional bending, squatting, and climbing ladders/stairs
- Handle office duties for up to 50% of the workday
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed
