Our client is looking for skilled Welders to join their team in Claremore, OK. This opportunity is a direct hire role that comes with several perks including full benefits, twelve paid holidays, paid time off, and consistent overtime.Welder Benefits:

- Monday through Friday first shift - 5 am to 5 pm
- Pay: $24 - $26/ hour
- Follow manufacturing methods to perform welding tasks in a safe manner under the direction of the supervisor, group leader or experienced associates in the area.
- As required by the manufacturing process, will operate manual grinding equipment.
- Performs visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
- Helps facilitate the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving welding problems that enhance through-put within the work team.
- Responsible for supporting the team and team's objectives.
- Responsible for training team members.
- Required to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with qualification procedures.
- Perform general clean up to keep work area clean and organized.
- Follows Company’s Compliance requirements.
- Maintains and improves the quality management system.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
