Responsibilities

• Deep technical knowledge of beam pumping/Linear Units and associated equipment; pump jacks, sucker rods, downhole tools, etc.
• Proven leadership experience
• Manage workflow
• Train new hires
• Manage team schedules
• Partner with HR and Senior management
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback
• Resolve and help with employee issues/disputes
• Safety Accountability
