We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Full Stack Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies.

Our client's Technologies focus on Software & System Engineering in Enterprise and Cyber Security solution spaces. our client excels at delivering stable and reliable software solutions using Agile Software Development principles. These provide us the capability to deliver a quick turn-around using interactive applications and the integration of industry-standard software stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop software solutions
• Manage and lead software development projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard
• Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain documentation for software applications, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications
• Ensure software applications are secure, reliable, and scalable
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend new approaches and tools to improve software quality and productivity
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with Full Stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile and DevOps
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active TS/SCI-FSP
